I interrupt this Eurotrip timeline to bring you some photos from one of the biggest highlights from our trip: a guided tour of the US Embassy in Berlin, Germany. The absolutely lovely couple I met in Berlin back in February - Janet and Bill - made this happen for us. On our last afternoon in Berlin, we made our way through the embassy's security entrances and met Janet inside. She gave us a personal tour of the embassy and then took us to the roof so we could see the views, which clearly are incredible. As icing on the cake, she had one of her coworkers take some professional pictures of our adventure. It was an amazing experience!
Thank you Janet and Bill for being such gracious and thoughtful hosts for us! Visiting the embassy will forever be a favorite memory for me.
