I woke up this morning with some intense cedar fever, so I opted to go to work at the 6:00 hour rather than try to work out. Unfortunately, I never really felt much better today. So, to make up for my lost morning, I decided to make breakfast for dinner.
Blueberry pancakes & the crossword puzzle... what could be better?
I know! A belly full of blueberry pancakes and a finished crossword puzzle. Woot! :)
(Meredith - don't freak out! They were Bisquick Heart Healthy pancakes with lite milk, egg whites & sugar free syrup. Yum!!)
