Just got this in an email from one of my clients. I thought it was pretty insightful.
"There’s nothing ½ about the Longhorn Half Iron.
Swimming 1.2 miles, then Biking 56 miles, and put some frosting on the cake with a little Run for 13.1 miles.
I bet you won’t be just ½ tired afterwards.
