Focus on what you do great. Too often we find ourselves needing outside validation, or approval from someone else that we have done well. Approve of yourself first - your internal dialogue has to be positive. Others will notice that you are naturally happy and will naturally approve.
Remind yourself, "I may not be where I want to be, but at least I'm not where I used to be".
