Total Swim: 1500 meters / 1 time
Total Gym: 1 time
Days Off: 3- a record!
This was the last of three 4-week cycles of "Base Phase" in which my goals were to work on my physical strength, mental focus, and skills, as well as add mileage. Based on my "test" triathlon today, I think base phase was successful. I made a lot of strides on all four of those things; details to come in my race report.
So, here are my YTD workout totals:
